We had a great time there, our room was the only one on the floor so we basically had own space. The room is very spacious and quiet at night, has its own dining table and some plates/cutlery/water boiler which is very practical. The kitchen is shared with the hosts which we found very nice because it was always clean and in order, and we could chat with the nice lady - the owner’s grandmother. It felt like home for sure. The location is perfect and walking distance to everything. The host was very responsive even to last minute questions and was always there to help. We would definitely stay there again.

Big room, silence, clean water, hot water, teapot, terrace, good quiet location, host is gentle. For the price we had - it's a fantastic guesthouse!

Very cozy and warm House. Friendly landlord and Family. Clean rooms, comfortable matrace and well equiped. Nice price and easy access to the City, also Close to the train Station. We felt Welcome and Had a good , calm sleep. Thank you, See you again !

Located in a quiet residential area, the calm atmosphere of the interior was relaxing. The balance between the cost, good hospitality of the host family and the convenient location, close to Gyumri city centre with all the main facilities within walking distance. The main reason I chose the location was that locates close to the bus centre as I wanted to travel by bus next day.

Very clean the room and the bathroom. The staff was extremely kind, he showed us his farm, and farm animals.. Best hosts!!
