“great stay in beautiful Gjumri centrally located”

Everything was perfect. lovely stay. I had rented the family accommodation which consisted of a nice bedroom with balcony and a very large other room. The host was very welcoming and warm-hearted, he offered me homemade yogurt and apricot juice from his garden at the beginning. I particularly appreciated the fact that he drove me to the post office and helped me to buy a SIM card. Since I can hardly speak Russian, communicating with translator was no problem at all and we had some nice conversations. Thanks for everything . It was hard for me to leave this great quiet place. Next time I will definitely stay in this accommodation again.

“A perfect stay in Gyumri”

A perfect place to stay! Loua is a wonderful host who goes out of his way you make you feel at home. Our room was very large & airy with a nice balcony. The bed was very comfortable, we had a great night's sleep. The bathroom is shared with Loua, but this wasn't a problem. The location is ideal, a quick walk to the centre & the sites.

Very friendly host. He gave us information about his town and his country. There is a lot of space and cozy furniture in the room. The house is in a quiet road, close to the centre.

Location was perfect, quiet and walking distance to downtown. Best part was our host! What a brilliant man he was. Very adapt in Google Translate communications, so we could actually speak with oneanother. Really big rooms, private parking and a shared bathroom with the owner. Perfect value for money, will definitly stay here again if we are in Gyumri again,
