The yard and house are very beautiful, the heating is very good, the blankets are made of natural wool, very good, the hostess is very warm and thoughtful

It really felt you were being invited into Arus and her family’s home. We were welcomed wholeheartedly from the moment we arrived with homemade cake and wine to the time we left. Our room was spotlessly clean and spacious with very comfy beds! A delicious breakfast too in the communal dining space! The homemade jams were divine!

We had a clean, spacious room with hot water. The heaters come on in late afternoon and turn off the following morning. The owner is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious especially the apricot jam. We were able to do laundry. We enjoyed mixing with the other guests as her hostess provided home made wine and cake.

Everything!! It was so clean and the shared kitchen was great. The host was absolutely amazing. We were provided with wine and snacks in the evenings, we had breakfast provided one morning, and David is driving us to Georgia!! We felt so at home here, we could have stayed forever. The centre is only a 10 minute walk away and we got to experience a lot of the city during our stay. Thank you both.

Lovely friendly welcome including coffee and fresh fruit from garden. Large room with comfortable bed and attached bathroom with good hot water. Wifi excellent and also free tea and coffee. Even turned heating on one morning as it was cold (too early in year to have it on all the time). We had breakfast both mornings with fresh omelet, cucumber/tomato/cheese along with tea and coffee. Bread with lovely homemade jam. We enquired how to catch bus over border to Georgia and they offered to drive us at a reasonable rate - lovely to have door to door service.

We had such a great time staying at Arus' and David's place. They are such kind and warm people. They welcomed us with some fruits and made sure that we were comfortable throughout the whole stay. The place itself is very clean and comfortable, beds are amazing! The kitchen has all the basic equipment and the common area is quite nice as well. There's a little patio with a lovely garden. The place is centrally located but on a quiet street so we weren't bothered by the traffic at any point.

Fantastic host, extremely helpful and welcoming. We really appreciated the home made cakes and the watermelon - after a long day this was perfect. The room was very clean, and there is an option to use kitchen facilities and also to eat outside in a nice garden area. The accommodation is about 800m to the main square of the city- easily walkable for the evening. Highly recommended!

We were on a cycling holiday and the accommodation was perfect. After a long day we were greeted with a plate of fresh watermelon and coffee upon arrival. We could store our bikes safely in the courtyard and there was a washing machine so could wash all our clothes. The room was beautiful and the host was extremely welcoming and helpful. Highly recommend.
