I had an amazing stay at Buna Guest House! The place was very clean, cozy, and comfortable. The location is perfect, just a short walk from Vardanants Square. Liana, the owner, is such a kind and helpful person who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. I highly recommend this guest house to anyone visiting the area!

The location was absolutely perfect, offering complete privacy thanks to the preservation of traditional architecture, and a courtyard. Despite the peaceful seclusion, it was incredibly convenient, being just in the city centre and shops. The rooms were well-equipped with everything we needed: clean bedding, a warm shower, electrical heating, WI-FI, a projector, and even a small fridge. A special thanks to our wonderful host, Mrs. Liana, who welcomed us with warmth and care. Her heartfelt hospitality truly made our stay unforgettable.

I can only recommand this place ; 8 min walking from the city center, everything is so clean, decoration is charming, and the bed was so confortable ! The host was so nice with us, recommanding places to eat, to visit, making sure all the time that we were not cold, providing us blankets, et being just so smiling !! The shower was really hot (so nice in the cold winter), and everything perfect in general ! Thank you for your hospitality !

Buna guest house is gorgeous! The rooms have been thoughtfully decorated with modern but cosy decor. The shower was amazing and the use of a kitchen an added bonus. The games room was great for our son, and I enjoyed doing a jigsaw puzzle while escaping the freezing temperatures outside. Lianna was the most friendly host, nothing was too much trouble. 100% recommended

Everything :D The owner greeted us with warmth when we arrived and showed us around the beautifully reconstructed property. We stayed in the room with double bunk bed and one small bed: the room was spacious with nice interiors, private toilet and what's most important, it was very, very clean. Shared showers were also clean. There's a nice garden and a shared kitchen, where you can cook and chat with other guests and staff. Oh and there was a jug of freshly made water with fruit pieces waiting for us in the room <3 All in all, the best stay in Armenia by far!

This is a wonderful place, filled with love, wonderful cozy rooms with a courtyard. We roasted meat in the yard, played with the dog, lit a fire, and the children enjoyed spending time in the playroom. Nearby are large shops and the main street. The rooms are incredibly clean! Thank you very much for wonderful days in Gyumri!
