Great little guesthouse with all amenities you may need. The accommodation is not exactly in Gyeongju's historical centre, but it's close enough and reachable on foot.

Hotel location is easily accessible to tourist spots, within walking distance. Bus stop and eateries are also nearby hotel. Hotel room is clean. There is small common dining area where you could dine comfortably. It is well-equiped with basic utensils, kettle, coffee machine, fridge.

This is a lovely bijou hotel - very well located for traveling around the place. The room was clean and comfortable. The shared kitchen is clean and a great place to have coffee or a meal you purchased at the 7 eleven store nearby.

No doubt about how clean this property is! The room was very warm, likely thanks to the ondol heating system—warm enough without feeling too dry. One thing to note is that hot food is not allowed in the rooms, and guests are encouraged to use the common kitchen area instead. While this might be inconvenient for some, we found it helpful for maintaining the property’s cleanliness and tidiness. For example, we had instant noodles in the common area, which worked out well.

close to bus/train station (and also bus stop for Bulguksa Temple). close to several 7elevens and bakeries. walk distance to main sightseeing. quiet street, did not ear anything from outside. comfy bed, good size bedroom (with small fridge) kitchen available, with coffee/tea amenities.

Very close to bus stations. Spacious room with all needed amenities. Kitchen was very nice, well equipped. Many umbrellas that you can borrow. Possibility to leave luggage and common bathroom. Room looked way better than on the photos, seems to be renewed.

Everything was perfect! Better than in the pictures :) Walking to the city center! We rented a bike 5 min away and made our stay even better. You have coffee available in the kitchen. Thanks!
