It is a lovely guesthouse, and very quiet. We barely heard anyone walk by our room. I thought I had seen it being advertised as a quiet hostel, and it most definitely was. We stayed here for two nights -- only on the second night did we see anyone. Both room (double bed) and bathroom were small, but clean. There was a split system in the room and a flat screen TV. Beds were comfy. I'd say it was medium hardness. It was a convenient location, and there was a convenience store less than 50m away. The traditional area is about a 20-minute walk away, and the international area less than that. We walked both a few times, visited the nearby tombs, bridges, and parks. This hostel is in a very walkable location, but buses are just as readily available. Who I think was the host did not speak much English, but we checked in without any issues. She also let us check in quite early (around noon), so the room must not have been used the night before. Still, it was very kind of her. As for the shared area, there is no kitchenette, but for breakfast, there was hard-boiled eggs, toast with butter and/or strawberry jam, and drip coffee. I'd stay here again if we come back to Gyeongju.

Really nice, comfortable and clean accommodation. There is a grocery store nearby. The restaurant street is just a few minutes’ walk away. Helpful and friendly but not English speaking stuff. Bus terminal is just a few minutes away. Tomb park is just right next to accommodation. All the sights are in a walking distance. Nice simple breakfast (toast, boiled egg, butter, jam, tea, juice).

Location is ideal. Small room but perfect for one or two nights. Friendly staff, but not English speaking.

Such a good location! The shower was great as I love a hot shower with amenities. The heated blanket was perfect after coming in from the cold. Basic breakfast but did the job. The lady who runs it was fantastic and helped when we asked any questions! Would stay here again and definitely recommend it!

I don't know how to rate this place better. It is perfect for visiting the city. room is great, very confortable and very clean. also nice little breakfast in the morning :)

The lady who has the property was really friendly and kind. the location was really good since we could reach most of the important places in a few minutes. it was a clean place with everything we needed.

The owner is adorable, very welcoming & helpful. The main hall (where you take breakfast) allows to meet other customers in a nice way (you don't have to, but you can).

Really nice lady running this hotel, the location is fantastic. bus outside the door almost. Food nearby, tombs to the right for exploring. Outside seating, lockers for storage and rooms while small are ideal
