Beautiful apartment, just as described and shown in pictures. Fairly close to Gütersloh centre, there is a park a short walk away. Quiet area, nice clean secure building, the laundry facilities are in the basement everything you need is here. TV has all streaming channels you can log into as well as local tv. There is a lift up to the apartment floor, which was very useful to us. We had a small hiccup with a missing key for the laundry room, but one message to Philip and this was sorted out. We will definitely look at using this apartment again.

The property was very Modern and Spacious. It had everything we needed for a long weekend break, including a personal washing machine and ironing room in the basement. The complex is secure and all instructions were clear and easy to follow to gain access. The apartment is only a 10 minute walk into Gütersloh town centre where there are loads of bars, restaurants, shops and the train station. The host was very quick responding and answering any questions we had, very happy with our stay!

Location was great and the facilities were excellent. A really comfortable apartment. Phil, the host, was great for communicating instructions and answering questions. If we're in the area again will definitely return and would highly recommend.
