The staff was very helpful and supportive. Location is very convenient for visit to the temple. Room was spacious. Breakfast was good.

I initially booked for a 3 bed family room, but the front desk saw us coming with 2 kids and offered us a bigger 4 bed family room for the same rate which was very comfortable for us throughout the stay. Since the restaurant was well on the ground floor, we ordered food for us and the children from there that tasted good. Complimentary breakfast was limited and yet tasty. Also it is very near to the west nada and there are shops, supermarkets, hotels nearby making it well located and will prefer the horizon for my next stay and will recommend it to others as well. My son loved the lawn in front and the hotel staff were well behaved and helped us with luggage and other amenities.

Rooms location and atmosphere is very nice. Restaurant Foods are excellent rate are reasonable. Light facilities insides the room need to improve. It is not sufficient especially in Dressing Table area.

Hotel is very close to the South nada, barely 4minutes walk. Staff were amazing, very informal and friendly in their dealings. One of the rooms that we booked was renovated recently and looked stunning. The other room was basic, but spacious enough.

Perfect location for visiting guruvayoor temple.The management and staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction.They were friendly, attentive, and made me feel valued as a guest.I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay.

The staff were responsive and helpful. The food at the restaurant was nice. The distance from the temple was the best point.
