The check in was very comfortable . There were lot of marriages and chaos when we arrived, but staff at reception specially Ms Khushi she walked extra mile not only to make us comfortable but took care of our luggage and manage to arrange everything just the way we wanted . She provided excellent customer service and was attentive to our needs, even caring for our child.

My partner and I had an amazing and leisurely stay at Le Méridien in Gurgaon, following our friends’s wedding in Goa. The staff were incredibly attentive and lovely. The food at the buffets for breakfast and dinner were delicious and there was plenty to choose from. We definitely want to extend our thanks and appreciation to the following- Jalil, our driver for a day who was an incredible unofficial tour guide and suggested great places to visit; Annie, the front desk manager who made our check in and out easy and Abhishek, the head chef during the buffets. Hopefully we will be back again!

The hotel is very beautiful and has a great decor and ambiance; rooms are nice and have everything you need to have a luxurious stay; breakfast was very good with a good variety; the staff was almost perfect, some people were very attentive and supportive (one of the receptionists brought me some chocolates after I mentioned I was tired due to an early start - that was lovely!). When trying to find a free plug to charge my laptop and work from the lobby, the concierge staff let me use their station, which was really nice of them. Pool also looks lovely and was a good experience, early in the morning, to spend some time there.
