Breakfast quality can be improved certainly and TV functioning needs serious attention. TVs simply are useless either don't waste company's money on them or get them working properly. Music movies etc should work in them

I had a perfect stay at Hyatt Place Gurgaon Udyog Vihar! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome with their politeness and friendliness. The hotel itself is absolutely amazing, with modern amenities and a comfortable, relaxing atmosphere. Room service was prompt, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious – a great start to the day. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area. Thank you to the wonderful team for making my stay so enjoyable!

I loved it - the room was so comfortable and the most quiet time in my 2 months stay in India/Nepal, the staff super was friendly and the breakfast buffet amazing! I stayed there between 2 flights - coming from the airport it took me 1h with traffic but this was balanced out by a swift return of just 20min in the morning (as it was Sunday). Sharing this in case it's useful for other travellers coming or going to the Airport.

First room was shabby but staff moved us to a less shabby room after i complained. Rooms are a little smelly and need renovating, some sort of air freshener would be a good idea. I had breakfast and dinner included with my room, both are buffet style with lots of options so you are likely to find something you like. The in room dining menu is limited and expensive. A can of coke will cost rs 450 but there is a little shop 30 seconds away which sells drinks and crisps at normal India prices so you can stock up the fridge in your room. I would say the hotel is a 3 star and is quite expensive for the room i stayed in. They have made the reception and bar/restaurant areas look ok which give you a false impression of what the room will be like. The slippers provided are very cheap and no dressing gown is provided. The bed was nice and comfortable and the tv was big. We did enjoy our stay and i would maybe stay again but the price needs to reflect what you get. If it was not for the breakfast and dinner being included in my room rate i would not stay again as the room rate is very high for what you get and you can easily find better hotels that are 5 star with better rooms.

BF was excellent and so was service. Cappuccinos were quickly served ( machine) and brought to your table. Food was tasty. Complimentary laundry for 2 pieces / day was a pleasant surprise for my signature room. Not advertised but informed at check in.

Everything was simply outstanding. The stay was smooth and comfortable. Food is quite tasty, the buffets were to die for. The rooms are super clean. The staff was polite and helpful.

Rooms are spacious, have comfortable sofa, comfortable desk chair, huge TV. Clean bathroom with great shower. Breakfast was pretty decent with attentive staff.
