Awesome facility, very polite and friendly staff , especially Deepak Reception manager was brilliant in making the experience amazing. Its just next to tha super market and lots of shops around .. also very centrally located.

I had a wonderful stay at city premier . The staff was friendly and professional, and my room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The location was ideal. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel. I look forward to returning!

Everything was fine but bed may be are now getting older. Staffs are good. I have a feedback for the breakfast though, the eggs were tiny and looks like they made two servings with just one egg. When you have regular staffs, please make your breakfast rich.

The behaviour and working style of the hotel manager and other staff is amazing and the manager is a very good, noble and intelligent person and his dealings are of excellent level. I wish the manager a bright future. If dinner is arranged in the hotel, then the hotel will become very wonderful and excellent.

Firstly i must say that the staff was really kind, helpful and professional. Everyone was smiling. Rooms are big, neat and clean. I usually have hard time to find a socket to put my phone on charge while i am resting at bed. Highly recommended for an exceptional stay in Gurgaon.
