The property is nice and well maintained . However the service and hospitality provided by Mr Amit and his team - particularly Mr Naman was incredible and very impressive. The best I have seen at any Hilton property! Would love to be back just for their service. Thank you team.

Called bell boy for check out. No one turned up. Another bell boy met us on our way to elevator-:asked if we were checking out but never assisted with luggage. Same was brought to notice of front desk- but nothing more than a smile . Again we dragged our luggage to the car but the front desk staff we gave our feedback to also turned a blind eye. That's not 5 star hospitality

The staff were fantastic. Shout out to the staff at breakfast: chef Prateek Bhatti, Marino, Gautam, Samir, Santosh, Dhanraj, Ritika and Samridhi. Special mention to Om Prakash foe topping up the fantastic masala tea! Complimentary drop off to the airport was a great touch!

I really enjoyed my stay. The staff was incredibly welcoming, and the level of service exceeded my expectations. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, which made my time there very relaxing.
