Location was good. I visited Gulgong to connect with my family living near this historical country town. The New Year holiday period had limited services but the Ten Dollar motel served an excellent breakfast in local coffee shop from 2nd January and one pub provided excellent meals on New Year's Day with bookings in advance and was open on New Year's Eve.

Excellent accommodation, parking and little tight, but worked out. Facilities were 1st class, couldn’t have asked for more!
