Close to Gulgong but boasting a real ‘out of the way’ feel, Owl Head Lodge offers wonderful countryside views in a relaxed setting. Contactless check-in. Will definitely look to stay there again when in the region.

What a superb place. The Glasshouse (5) is exceptional. Glass walls giving fantastic views across the valley to the hills taking in grazing sheep, vineyards and wooded hillsides with the light playing across it all day. Everything you want and them some more you didn't know you needed. Thick fluffy robes perfect for after the bath soak or rain shower while watching the sun rise or set across the valley. (Curtains if you need the privacy). Walk in robe and huge pantry if you are staying longer. Two lounge areas to watch the double sided fireplace and fully stocked kitchen, bathroom and laundry. Outdoor lounges and dining tables on both sides for sun or shade. In summer the pool and BBQ area would be lovely, but we stayed beside the fire.

Location and views are absolutely amazing. We stayed in Glass Studio West, and it had everything we needed. The glass windows from top to bottom on both sides gave it a special touch. A very short stroll to the amazing pool and the firepit where you could also watch the beautiful sunrise. It's such a perfect spot if you wish to relax and get away from your busy lifestyle. It's definitely worth the stay, and I hope to be back!

We had forgotten what 'quiet's sounded like. It was so tranquil and the panoramic view changed as the day progressed with sunset being extra special.

The cottage is very spacious and the outside view is great. Good bathroom and large kitchen. Great seating options outside. Aircon in the bedroom works really well.

Beautiful location, lovely home! A great place to getaway! Excellent kitchen and bathroom facilities. We loved the visits from the goats in the back paddock and watching the sunrise and sunset from our back verandah.

I've stayed here twice before. Love the rural setting, peaceful atmosphere, and expansive views. Also appreciate the architectural design of the glass cottage. Gorgeous place.

Love the immense space of this environment: the undulating pastures and vast skies. The creation of the glass cottages complex with rural views is an architectural gem. I've stayed here before and will definitely be back.

Stunning location, beautiful accommodation, central to Gulgong and Mudgee. Baby alpacas and goats a bonus! Great food and wines on your doorstep!!
