Apartment Overview

Located in a restored early 19th-century building in the Guimarães city centre, the famed Old Town area, Guimarães Studios Lounge offers minimalistic-style studios and apartments. Free Internet access is included.
Each unit has an exclusive detail, either classic stucco ceilings, mezzanine floors, sloped ceilings or the 13th-century medieval city wall. They all have a kitchenette and a private bathroom with a hairdryer.
Guimarães Studios Lounge offers a small restaurant and bar on the ground floor, featuring a frescoed ceiling and a small summer terrace. Guests will also find an old well inside the building. (Bar and Restaurant: closed until November)
A shopping area can be found in a 2-minute walk. Guimarães Castle is located 250 metres away, and Duques de Bragança Palace is 200 metres away from the Studio Lounge.
Guimarães Train Station is 600 metres away, and the Porto city centre is 30 minutes’ driving. Braga city centre is well worth a visit and sits a 10-minute drive from Studios Lounge Guimarães.

This unit is located above the property's restaurant, which is open from Tuesday to Sunday.

This minimalist-style apartment is located on the 1st floor, and features 2 restored stucco ceilings. It includes an equipped kitchenette and a seating area with a sofa and a flat-screen cable TV. The large windows offer views of Misericórdia Square. Please note that the 3rd and 4th guests are accommodated in the sofa bed of the seating area. This unit faces the main square and is located on the 1st floor, above the bar.

Located either on the 2nd or the 3rd floor, this minimalistic-style studio features a mezzanine bedroom area. It includes an equipped kitchenette and a seating area with a sofa and a flat-screen cable TV. The large windows offer patio views.

Superior Double or Twin Room with City View - enter dates to see room photos

In the kitchenette, guests will find a refrigerator, kitchenware, a microwave and an electric kettle. This air-conditioned twin/double room is comprised of a flat-screen TV with cable channels, a private bathroom as well as a balcony with city views.
