Location was 12 mins from 3 major attractions. Shang Palace Opened late for us as we arrived 15 mins before closing (10pm).

Location wise is about 12 mins from the 3 major attractions. It has an indoor pool and we did a train ride. They told us kids club needs to pay? Not sure if it is included. Dinner at Shang was very pleasant; opened for us late as we arrived 15mins before closing time.

Everything about the hotel was amazing except for the AC, we stayed for 3 nights, and every day, they used to turn the AC off in the evening as the outside weather was cold. Mr.Alex the concierge, was very very good. Mr.Kyra at the reception gave us early checkin as well.

Great view, big room, fantastic services, especially at the horizon club lounge. Anna Mao in the lounge was very attentive and thoughtful, the glasses are always filled, questions are always answered.Happy hour at the club lounge is not the normal “hors d'oeuvre”, you can basically have dinner there. View from the room is great too! I stayed in 2 shangri-la hotels in this trip but Guilin Shangri-la is next level compared to the other one. We truely enjoy the stay and hoping to come back again.

Room where spacious, comfortable and the view on the river Li was stunning. The bar was very cosy with warm colors and with a great with on the garden. A beautiful botanic garden with direct access on the river

Huge complex with friendly English speaking staff, amazing spa, rooms that are large and spacious with great views of the Li river. Delicious restaurants and bars throughout the complex. Great location and close to Reed Flute cave!

The breakfast was really really good, a combination of western and Chinese food which I enjoyed a loot. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and clean. The staff is really nice and helpful. There is a travel agency within the hotel that helps you book trips during your stay in Guilin - which is super helpful.
