It was gorgeous, had that beautiful small town inn and welcoming feeling and was really well maintained. The chef for breakfast was also amazing.

We were visiting family in Guelph from the UK. in September 2024. Janet, our host, was delightful and the breakfasts were exceptional. We thoroughly enjoyed their unpredictability and without exception were delicious. We never quite knew was the breakfast would be until we arrived at the breakfast table and after the first morning we were excited for what was in store. When visiting the family again staying at Norfolk House with janet will be a priority.

Great place to stay. Penthouse suite was really lovely. Great breakfast, friendly staff. Good location to walk into Guelph. Parking outside.

Our second visit and it won't be our last. Highly recommend, clean, quiet, comfortable bed and beautifully decorated! Breakfast was amazing. Loved meeting the other guests.

Beautiful grounds, historic building, and nice sized room with ensuite bathroom. The bed was comfortable, but you might want to bring your own pillow, we found most of them too large or too firm for us. Breakfast was a choice of two hot dishes prepared by a wonderful personal chef. The location was nice and perfect for what we were doing. Self checkin was handy and simple.

4th time staying. Building is beautiful and furnished with antiques. Owner lovely to deal with. No need to download apps. Great location steps to downtown in most beautiful neighborhood
