Location from the balcony mountain view is excellent. Spacious room and clean. Ski lift is very near and good options for food nearby.

Room was neat & clean. Excellent service was provided by property manager. We had never experienced such very good service from any other property till date. Secondly, outside view was amazing from balcony & bedroom.

Exceptional Service at Winter House I had the pleasure of staying at Winter House Hotel during a recent winter getaway, and I can confidently say that the service was outstanding. From the moment I arrived, the Reception staff made us feel incredibly welcome and went out of their way to ensure our stay was nothing short of perfect. Check-in was smooth and efficient, with the front desk staff greeting me with warm smiles and providing helpful information about the hotel’s amenities and local attractions. I appreciated the personal touch, as they took the time to ask if I had any special requests or preferences for my stay. A special mention goes to the reception (which sorry I didn’t get his name but I promise him I will make review), The location was also fantastic, offering beautiful views of the surrounding winter landscape. I loved the balcony with the snow mountain view. It was fantastic. In short, Winter House Hotel provides not only a beautiful and comfortable stay but also an unmatched level of service that truly made my trip unforgettable. If you’re looking for a place where the staff genuinely cares about your experience and goes out of their way to make you feel at home, this is the hotel to choose. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay in Winterhiuse,it's money we'll spend. The staff was helpful and treated us with respect, and it was great that the person at reception could assist us in helpful English. The rooms are excellent, clean, spacious, and luxurious. I highly recommend Winter House to anyone who looks for a place to stay in GUDAURI. 10/10

The host was amazing - he could not have done more for us. The room was amazing for self catering and provided us with everything we needed to make breakfasts. Easy access to a traditional Georgian restaurant across the road. Ski hire on site - affordable and good!
