The property was very nice, with a great location and very easy access to the ski lift and ski depot, which was right within the hotel. The room was very spacious with an amazing view towards the Kazbegi mountains. For families, there is a great kids room with professional staff from 10:00-18:00 to take care of the children. The spa with its staff was also very nice and relaxing.

Very comfortable rooms, amazing spa center with sauna, steam room and indoor outdoor pools. It’s nearby the ski elevator, so perfect for that you came for skiing. Very friendly and helpful stuff, especially thanks to Goga, rooms decision manager

Amazing location, very clean and family friendly environment. Staff were very welcoming and helpful in suggesting activities and facilities such as the swimming pool and spa were fantastic.

We took the executive suite in wrong date , but the staffs were kindly consider our intent and allow us to stay with same rooms.

Great location with an amazing view. Highly recommended for families with children's We enjoyed the hotel facilities and mostly sitting together with all the family in the lobby sofas 🛋
