Excellent staff who helped us with anything we needed during our stay there. Location was just 2 mins away to the nearest ski lift and 7 mins from the center. Ucha was absolutely a delight who was up late to get us anything we needed on a night out. Giorgi drove us to and fro the ski lifts on a daily basis. Overall an excellent experience and would highly recommend it.

Friendliest and most helpful staff we’ve experienced at any hotel. Breakfast and dinner were also great! The communal lounge area with the fire is cozy and perfect during winter. Staff drove us to and from the ski lift each day.

Wonderful experience. Friendly and helpful staff. Gio, Sada and Ucha made our honeymoon stay at Tsiga something to remember. They helped with the ski-equipment renting and the transport to the ski lifts. Breakfast was delicious. Inhouse restaurant was satisfactory and hotel services were professional. Would definitely recommend for couples or small groups. Madloba Hotel Tsiga, From Hendrik and Michandre.

Wow! Great hotel! Best service ever!!!! Free rides to the ski area which is few mins away, assistance with the ski rental, took care of us- we never seen such a level of service, its a real family hotel. Very clean, everything is new. Comfertable beds. Lovely lobby to hang out in, wonderful restaurant both food and service, and lovely breakfast.

The staff were super friendly and welcoming. It was a very cozy accomodation. Big rooms and beds. Netflix available on the TVs! Great food available in the living area, with fireplace and a nice place to chill.

I have to say that this was the warmes host that I had during a lot of travelling. Big thanks to Merabi, his family and team for making our time in Gudauri so nice. - lovely and big rooms with amazing views on the mountains - very tasty restaurant from breakfast to dinner - cozy fireplace to spend time with friends - organisation of all services you need

Everything! Hotel Tsiga became an instant destination because of how we were treated from the moment we got picked up at the airport till the last laughter in front of the fire with some Cha-cha A family run hotel that cares about its guests and will make anything you want become a realisation Have to highly recommend Saba, who was our go-to guy
