Polite service , professional front desk very good chef Fantastic view Clean rooms Spa quite good 5 mins from lifts and ski rent, just you need to cross a main road with caution

The hotel is new everything is clean, nice staff beautiful view from the window, stylish design I really like such hotels in loft style. On arrival we were met by nice staff with smiles and escorted to the room, the room was very nice, we liked it very much 🥰 In the evening we visited the sauna and jacuzzi, breakfasts were also a variety of delicious, there were a lot of cuts and pastries, very attentive and friendly staff thank you very much will come to you again, I will recommend you to my friends.

The stuff is so friendly and helpful! We felt super welcomed right away) the bed was very comfy, rooms are cosy and perfectly designed, they have delicious restaurant open all day with the stunning view over the city.Location is great. Cute streets to walk around and thermal baths right around the corner. I super loved this place! Special thanks to Nik at the reception for accommodating us and helping with every little thing!

Zani and her colleagues were extremely helpful with everything we needed. We had a medical situation with our Young daughter and they organised for the emergency services to come to the hotel within 5 minutes. They even followed up while we were at the hospital and when we can back. The staff are all friendly and happy to help with anything we needed. The room is also very spacious with the most beautiful view of the church on the mountain.
