Overall, it's been a good experience, there have just been several niggles. Some people take milk in tea/coffee but no milk was provided in the room. The pool was not warm enough, the poolside loungers needed mattresses, without them they were extremely uncomfortable and the sauna wasn't turned on unless you requested it. The spa should meet expectations when guests come in off the slopes. The food in the restaurant was excellent and the menu extensive, but not everything advertised was available. We were a party of 6 and the ordered meals never came out together: adults generally don't mind waiting, but hungry children can get fractious making the dining experience uncomfortable. Breakfast was extremely good. Staff in all departments were all extremely helpful, polite and friendly. I would like to suggest that there is a bedside lamp at both sides of the bed and the mattresses could have been thicker and more comfortable. There were no instructions on how to use the safe. The hotel is very clean, warm and welcoming. Despite my many criticisms, intended only to help, I would happily return to stay there again.

Location was superb, right next to the chair lift. The family suite was excellent. Spacious for 4 and lots of storage. Lovely restaurant and breakfast.

Amazing location, 1 min from the slopes. Restaurants nearby and within the hotel (with amazing live Georgian music evenings). Also they were very accommodating when we had to delay our arrival and they changed the booking free of charge. Amazing breakfast and facilities, with the pool and sauna which is for free for guests! Amazing stay altogether :)

Location is awesome. Just beside of the hotel, we tried snow jet and tandem paragliding. With dried sauna and swimming pool, we enjoyed the time. The room also very warm. The chassis of windows are very strong and reliable. Perfectly isolated from cold wind. I just woke up because it's too hot. Duplex Family room is very nice to stay for the family.

The location is good, easy access to ski and room size is not bad. The reception staff and Montis restaurant staff are friendly and helpful.

Everything in the hotel is amazing, it is really cosy, the location and the view to the ski is nice, the sauna was working well and the pool was amazing with the view outside of the snow. The breakfast in the morning was ok, with local food. The room was also warm, with a nice balcony and comfortable bed. The attention of the personnel, especially Tamta, was incredible, she was really kind and helped me a lot to take my bus and with recommendations of the zone.

Perfect place to overnight. Not far from the main road, rich breakfast, good experience of visiting sauna(+the visit was free in summer), the room is small but cosy. The personal is professional and friendly.
