“Nice and tidy flat for good price with ski in /out option”

Great location. Flat is located on the 4th floor with big balcony (afternoon sun) and montain view. Ski-in, ski-out from the house directly to ski lift. All necessarry toiletary items and kitchen suplies, bed linen and towels. Key for the flat could be picked up/hanged over from the guest house on first floor, basically arrival/departure times are very flexible. Owner Maka is responsive and friendly. Building has an elevator and on first floor is located good cafe to dine in.

Maka was very helpful prior to our trip to Gudauri, she helped us with transfers to and from the airport. Maka was contactable the whole time and made our stay comfortable and convenient. You could rent skis nearby and ski straight onto the slopes. Apartment was well kitted out and we comfortably were able to fit 4 in the apartment. We would stay here again in the future if we travel here- would highly recommend.
