I had the pleasure of staying at the Best Western Gudauri for one night, and it was truly an exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, everything was perfect! The staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive, making me feel at home right away. The room was spotless, spacious, and well-appointed, with all the modern amenities one could need. The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep after a long day. The hotel’s location is unbeatable, offering stunning views of the surrounding mountains. It’s the perfect spot for anyone visiting Gudauri, whether for skiing, hiking, or simply enjoying the serene atmosphere. The on-site dining was another highlight of my stay. The restaurant served delicious meals with a variety of options to suit every palate. The breakfast, in particular, was a delightful spread of fresh and high-quality items that set the tone for the day. Although my stay was short, it was flawless in every way. The best thing about the hotel was its staff, especially the receptionist. She was very kind, helpful, and answered all my questions and requests. We arrived earlier than the check-in time after a long trip from the airport, and she offered us a complimentary breakfast while we waited for our room. She also arranged an early check-in for us as quickly as possible. Many thanks to her !

1. Helpful and friendly people at the reception - they helped us out with ski lessons/tours/transfers etc. 2. Close to the first ski lift (about 800m) and provide shuttle service to the second ski lift (although limited time slots)
