Please note children aged 13 and younger are not allowed in the gym and wellness area. Unless differently specified in the room description, access to the spa (50 minutes in the hydromassage room and 50 minutes in the saunas' area) has an extra cost of EUR 40 per person (promotions may apply locally).Reservation is required for spa entrances and facilities.Please note that the wellness centre, swimming pool, restaurant, bar and gym are closed daily from January 23 until March 2.

The location was excellent being in walking distance from the town so exploring was very easy. The spa gym and pool were excellent. The in house restaurant was also of the highest quality and the staff were very helpful

A really nice place with a really nice and kind staff. High quality service for a really decent price especially in Italy. They even created a specific entrance for the Spartan event participants (we were full of mud). We could wash ourselves before getting in the hotel and our room.

This is part of the small luxury hotels of the world. Understated elegance, exceptional service, fantastic spa facilities, great restaurant and excellent buffet breakfast. Nothing is too much trouble. Great value.

An incredible professionally equipped gym, the wellness centre with its body special treatments, a delicious restaurant with top class personnel, the location of Ai Capuccini so close to the old fortified Gubbio, the luscious grounds, the beauty of the Hotel opened to its clients as a "private Museum", the garage, and of course, all the employees for their professionalism, immediate help and smiles !
