Very close to the airport. The staff called a taxi and I was taken to the airport, the hotel paid for the taxi. The lounge area was comfortable to sit in and the internet good. I waited at the hotel after check out rather than the airport.

Friendly efficient staff. Great riverfront location by the San Marino and Polycentro malls.. Everyone here goes the extra mile to make guests feel appreciated. Super comfy beds. Great attention to detail when it comes to shower products etc.

The room is great - the restaurant food is ok but the service a d the wine were in need kf grest improvement for a top end hotel.

Perfect layover on our way to the Galapagos. Airport transfers included, great facilities and lovely staff.

Staff were excellent. Restaurant food was good, and not overpriced for a city centre hotel. Value for money was phenomenal - £70 for a room with breakfast, plus free transport to and from the airport.
