The People are so friendly! Its a beautiful building, so is the room. It was a big room for so little money! Very authentic and cosy.

The room / apartment is great. Beautiful place and clean. Has a coffee machine and a warm shower, and a balcony. The reception/ check-in was also smooth. The owner is super helpful and always available to help.

The loft is situated above a well-lit Japanese-themed cafe, which offers you plenty of space to work/socialize/load up on tea & cofee, and is conviently located very close to the famous "sexta" (6th avenue) where you can walk, take in, discover a significant representative part of Guatemala. The best part about this place is the host, David, and workers (Victor, Paddy, Bryan), who are always available and helpful for any questions you might have. I keep coming back whenever I need to stay in Guatemala City and look forward to my next trip.

The flat is super nice. The bed is comfortable. There are lots of shops around and you can get easily everything what you need! The owner is super friendly and he will help you with everything you need! I can highly recommend the accommodation!

Communication with the host was fine. Of course I had to googletranslate not only my messages but also my host's messages. Location is good to see real Guatemala City, walking distance to the Culture Palace.
