Excellent location, so close to the airport and start/finish of our trip through Guatemala. Hotel is 5* in every respect, rooms spacious and very comfortably furnished and we enjoyed the bonus of a great view to the volcanoes.

Great value for what we paid. The breakfast was so good and abundant, plus the staff are so good and friendky. Location is perfect, you can walk everywhere or if you get an uber, you're about 7 to 8 minutes from everything worth seeing

Complimentary shuttle to/from Airport though a little confusing at the hectic arrival area. Restaurant service and food.

Very clean, professional staff, very good security, great choices of restaurants. The hotel were refitting rooms on my floor and the construction was never noticed.
