People traveling to Colombia with children under 18 years of age are required to present the child's birth certificate and a photo ID (passport for international guests) during check-in. If the visitor is a relative or legal guardian of the child, a notarized consent of travel signed by both parents must be presented, along with photocopies of their IDs. If only one parent is traveling with their child, a notarized travel consent signed by the absent parent must be presented. Visitors planning to travel to Colombia with children should consult with the Colombian consulate prior to travel.Please note that when booking 3 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. Beautiful aesthetic, rooms were spacious, lovely and comfortable with a great view. Staff were also great and helpful. On site water activities were a fantastic plus! We enjoyed the kayak across the lake.

Fabulous Hotel with amazing views run by Roberto the hotel manager The restaurant delivers a really nice meal and thou breakfast is not your normal buffet the choices of breakfast is fabulous .staff are very helpful .Beds really comfortable

This hotel is well designed, nice interior design and very close to Piedra del Peñol, you can even go walking from the hotel, great food and service, family friendy, I would totally recommend this

Tau House was absolutely lovely! The views were fantastic. Our room was so beautiful and comfortable. All of the food was delicious - especially the breakfast. It was a few kms outside of Guatape but that worked well for us as we could easily take a short tuk-tuk into town when we wanted to, but could enjoy the quiet beauty when we were there. All of the staff were super kind and friendly. Would love to stay there again!

Everything in this Hotel was perfect: the accomodation, the view, the food and the staff. The included breakfast is to be ordered by a menu but the portions are big enough.
