The room was great with a well stocked fridge and lots of coffee and sugar provided. The outdoor jacuzzi was really enjoyable. There was one slight problem when filling the jacuzzi for the first time but this was swiftly sorted out. I enjoyed the indoor/outdoor shower. A really enjoyable stay and I would not hesitate to stay there again the next time I visit Guatape.

The bed was huge, the hottub warm and the fridge filled with drinks. We had a fantastic time. Checkout at 1pm is perfect. We went to the rock in de morning and afterwards we could take a shower before leaving. View was nice, on the lake, mountains and the guatape rock!

The location was perfect and the surrounding area is in an area of outstanding natural beauty. The breakfast was nice and the staff polite.

Great location on the outskirts of Guatape. You can walk into town. Loved having a jacuzzi on the deck. Room was comfortable with a lovely view. It was spotlessly clean and I did not see one insect of any kind in the room or bathroom, amazing achievement considering its location. Staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good.

Everything...... the location, the helpful staff, the hot tub, the room is so lovely, the river view, the peaceful stay. I got to watch a thunder and lightning storm from the comfort of the hot tub with a glass of red wine watching the river light up. it was a magical experience.

Room has a great open room of the courtyard. Although many of the trees cover the view of the lake from the room, you can sit on the balcony and get a better view. The hotel is definitely quieter than staying in the center of town, but be prepared to take a taxi or tutu to get lunch or dinner. The hotel is about a 15 minute walk from the center of town.

We loved our stay, the bed is huge and very comfortable. The hot tub on the balcony was the obvious highlight of our stay. Breakfast was delicious and plenty (fresh fruit, eggs, toast, jam, juice and coffee). Great value for money.
