The property is located right on the outskirts of the city centre, making for a quiet property away from the bustle of the town with a very pleasant 5-10 minute walk into town. Breakfast was also nicely done! We had a beautiful view up to El Penol and some of the lake. The rooms were big and Sandra was lovely, providing lots of local advice and helping us with transfers to the airport :)

The hotel is nice and the presidential suite in which we stayed had a great view of the pedra del penol and a very nice jacuzzi. The hotel has a private parking which is very convenient and staff is really nice.

The views from the property are beautiful and it's located a short walk from the centre, so it's very peaceful. The staff were extremely kind and made us feel welcome, they even let us check in a little early and got us a tuk tuk to the bus station. The breakfast was simple but very nice. The room came with a nice balcony overlooking the lake. Rooms were simple but very clean. Good for the price.
