I had an excellent stay! The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the area. The service was outstanding, with staff going above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. The facilities were well-maintained and offered everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. I couldn’t be happier with the experience—highly recommend this hotel!

Everything! Was amazing, the location is perfect! The room was simple but well equipped, hot water and comfortable beds. Breakfast was great and delicious! But most important, the service, everyone was extremely kind and helpful. I’m leaving completely happy and satisfied. Highly recommended!

Positives: - Location: between the reservoir and the rock. 10 mins walk to the rock (bit uphill) and 40 mins to Guatape village. But you can take a tuk tuk to Guatape. the hotel staff is happy to order one for you and costs 12mil COL pesos (as of 2022 - I was reading 2019 guides and the cost was 5.5 COL P.) - Views of reservoir are quite good (may depend on which Cabana you have) - Amazing views though from the restaurant/breakfast area - The highlight was definitely the staff who were terrific Neutral: - Just that you are not located in the village of Guatape but that is not really a negative since you know the location beforehand so it is a choice. It can also be a positive since Guatape is quite touristy - Breakfast is okay but a bit basic but that is throughout Colombia (apart form 5* hotels) so cannot be regarded as a -ve here. The coffee could be improved though. - Again, the staff compensates for everything - Cabana itself is nice esp. from outside, kind of basic seating area but it's not a place where you would sit inside anyway. - All lightbulbs in the cabana are cold white instead of warm but again this is throughout Colombia

The location of the property is excellent - a short walk to el Piedro and wonderful views from your terrace. The territory of the property is beautiful and well maintained. Breakfast was good with fresh fruit, juice, eggs and coffee. They arranged for us a pickup from the Medellin airport and that was very convenient. Thank you!

Amazing location for those wanting to stay close to La Piedra de Peñol. Easy walking distance (as close as you can get for a hotel!). Very helpful staff who were willing to help with every request and detail.
