The fine print
According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorisation for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorisation must be notarised and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarised copies of their IDs.All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.In the case of a minor accompanied by only one of the parents, it is necessary to present a notarised authorisation signed by the absent parent, along with a notarised copy of that parent's ID.

Excellent option if you really want to rest before or after long flights! The hotel has an excellent infrastructure! Definitely my first option when in Guarulhos.

Worth the money spent, clean, great location close to the airport, we could spend our time until evening departure t the pool respectively could store our luggage for a short trip downtown.

Very welcoming and courteous staff before and during my stay. I was provided with all the information I needed to take the shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel. I was able to check in before arrival, and this meant my arrival was easy, and I was in my room in no time. The room was very comfortable, and everything I needed was there. Breakfast was lovely, with a wide range of choices. The transfer bus back to the airport was prompt, and the driver very helpful with baggage.

Very good rooms, amazing breakfast (really amazing with great choice and very tasty dishes). Free transfer from special stop (just ask hotel to send you a timetable) which goes every 30 minutes. Time to get to the hotel is about 5-10 minutes which is extremely great

Excellent staff and service. Late checkout as I arrived late. They organised a taxi when the shuttle was full. Luggage store. Super comfortable bed. Extremely close to the airport.
