The fine print
According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If the minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it will be necessary to present a written authorisation for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorisation must be notarised and signed by both parents.All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Very central location to town centre. Convenient for the airport, shuttle service to and from airport. Room comfortable and large toilet and shower. Staff very attentative and friendly .

The service a reception was very good, Milena spoke in English and was very attentive, with requirements Restaurant personnel, for breakfast and dinner accommodating and friendly The shuttle bus service very good as the driver was very polite The massage services in the Hotel was a bonus, excellent service

It's an excellent place to stay.It is handy to have a restaurant with good food and free breakfast.There is also a shuttle bus from terminal two in Sao Paulo.The staff is very nice too.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. Pretty good area to rest as it is very quiet at night in that part of Guarulhos compared to Sao Paulo.

The shuttle was really nice, about breakfast it is a hotel that most people use to wait for their flights from Guarulhos airport as we did not sleep at the hotel, they could have served some kind of breakfast compesation I don't know. The service about it could be improved.
