Excellent buffet breakfast.Very helpful and friendly staff.English news Chanel available all day.Very lose to beach as well as major shopping outlets.Guardamar is o lovely Spanish town with a beautiful promenade.

From the minute that we arrived at the hotel we were greeted by the receptionist, who was amazing, so knowledgeable and helpful. We went up to our room which had electric sockets beside the bed (so many hotels are lacking) and mini fridge. Our room was looking out onto the street which wasn't noisy and such a lovely view. The next morning we went down to the restaurant for our breakfast; there was an array of croissants, breads, fresh fruit, yogurt, cereals and the Chef asked us if we would like an omelette. There was a choice of various teas and coffees made for us. Without hesitation we will return to this beautiful hotel and quiet and beautiful village.

Everything was 1st class would thoroughly recommend it and the location was excellent 5 minute walk from beach and lots of restaurants to choose from and all the staff were truly wonderful

People working in the hotel are extremely friendly, try to help with whatever you need though it might be difficult to explain because nobody I talked to spoke English… Room is not new but extremely clean and tidy. I liked that there were both blinds and you could close the windows from outside too. The balkony is nice, there was a way to dry the clothes there. There’s an elevator if you get a room on a higher floor. The location is close to the sea shore, just 7-8 mins to get there. Lots of cafes and restaurants around. Some breakfast pastries were really good, especially fresh croissants.

The staff were very helpful both at front of house and in the restaurant, the breakfast was great and the location is central. We will no doubt stay at the hotel again next year. It will be our fourth visit.
