Location is amazing, near yuexiu park and the view was amazing. facilities such as the gym was great. Room was so well equipped.

The front desk team was very supportive. Trista, Scarlett and their team. The hotel porters and the housekeeping team were kind. The park opposite is an added advantage, and the hotel's location is really good.

The room is exquisite with very nice traditional decor and the location is perfect for walks around the historic parts of the city. There are many restaurants and grocery shops in the area. Our room had a wonderful view on the Yuexiu Park. The room and hotel overall are very clean thanks to the staff. The concierge team including Curren, Steven and Eric are very friendly and welcoming, they helped us a lot. Overall our experience was very pleasant and comfortable.

I have to commend the staff from 2nd floor dining area, Ken. He was exceptional and his attitude was great. He gave advice on where to go and what is the best way to go. It has been a long time since I have seen such great service and attitude.
