all your staffs are very helpful and make us feel very comfortable when we stayed. I will come again for sure. but one point, will you consider the lobby lounge will open a bit longer, e.g. around 11pm instead of 10pm.

Set in a lovely position on the river within the old European section of the city . The hotel is an easy walk to quality restaurants and coffee stops and a short ride to old parts of Guangzhou. Lovely swimming pool and health club / sauna .

The hotel is just beautiful. The room is luxurious and has a wonderful view of the Pearl River. All the staff (reception, house keeping, restaurants,etc.) try their best to make you feel welcome and take care of you. My husband and I are very pleased with the hotel.

Everything was great as it had been every time before . Lovely big and comfortable room with great river view . Superb buffet breakfast plus a comfortable club lounge with very accommodating staff . Positioned in a lovely part of Guangzhou . There is not one bad thing to be said .

Food at the hotel Chinese restaurant excellent. Staff very helpful, we left our passports in the safe and realised it on the way to airport, they retrieved them and waited at the front counter for us while taxi waiting, we finally made it for the flight.

Located in the scenic Shamian Island at the heart of Guangzhou old town - former concessions given to France and the UK, hence surrounded by nineteenth century European-style buildings, the neighbourhood is great for a walk and even better at night after everything is lit up (but it's sometimes crowded with people taking photos during daytime). The hotel itself is state of the art too with top class in-house restaurants. Dined at Jade River and had yum cha (morning tea in local Cantonese) at Hongtu Hall, both of which were exceptional.
