Great hotel, about ten minutes walking distance to the opera house. Two blocks from the hotel are a few hidden bars, which were fab to discover. Staff speak good English in the hotel. Highly recommend.

great location, 15 minutes from the metro station and canton tower. the room was big and comfortable, I booked the room with the view in the River and the tower, totally worth it. staff was friendly.

Layout of the room was good. Fittings and furnishings were of a high standard. Cleanliness could not be faulted. Washroom and shower were excellent. Staff were very polite, helpful and friendly. Would we stay again? Definately.

location close Pearl river was ideal for walking or running , close distance to TV tower. I missed some restaurant nearby in walking distance, which woud be appreciated . Shuttle bus service to Canton fair was excellent always precissly on time

The view that I paid for was Amazing, 18th floor & Canton Tower during Celebrations, especially of a night time was only worthwhile point about my stay.

Perfect location for us, most places we went were less than a 45min journey. The room was spacious and the bed was so comfortable. Beautiful view of the Pearl River. The staff were really helpful, we left something in a taxi and they put in so much effort to help us, calling the taxi company and tracking the taxi number etc. Unfortunately we couldn't find it but the manager tried his best, bearing in mind it was already past midnight and we were checking out at 6am for our flight back. Really great customer service.
