10/10 - Exceptional Service at Park Hyatt Guangzhou My stay at the Park Hyatt Guangzhou was absolutely outstanding, and much of that was thanks to the excellent service provided by Soulphen Young at the reception. From the moment I arrived, Soulphen went above and beyond to ensure my experience was flawless. Reception Service: Soulphen Young was incredibly helpful, professional, and attentive throughout my stay. She welcomed me warmly, made sure everything was in order, and was always available to assist with any request. Whether it was providing local tips, answering questions, or helping with arrangements, Soulphen's dedication truly stood out. Accommodations and Amenities: The hotel itself is stunning, with luxurious rooms that offered the highest level of comfort and elegance. The amenities were top-notch, including excellent dining options, a well-equipped fitness center, and a relaxing spa, all contributing to an exceptional experience. Location and Convenience: Located in the heart of Guangzhou, the Park Hyatt offers convenient access to shopping, dining, and cultural attractions. Rooms are wide and clean, very good location on Metro Line 3 - Zhujiang New Town station. Breakfast is good. Roof Bar is outstanding.

Very luxurious. Hotelroom was nice and clean and had everything u needed, It was also very romantically set with the colour and lightning. The views are extraordinary. The breakfast was also very good.

Great view over the city and river from room. set up really well for business travelers with table and multiple sockets for electronics, nice firm bed, toilet separate from rest of bath. Espresso machine in room.

The property was immaculate. Rooms were a great size, had great views and a beautiful pool and gym. The breakfast was also exquisite. The staff were super nice and helpful.

So far my favorite hotel in Guangzhou. I’ve stayed here 3 times already. I like the room, roomservice, staff (!!), pool and spa. This place is much better than grand Hyatt and you can see it reflecting in price. Concierge service helped us pick a good restaurant for our lunch 🙆♀️ I like the continental breakfast ordered by room service. It’s cheaper and cozier than hotel’s canteen breakfast I guess, the advantages are obvious, so I’m gonna go straight to disadvantages that made my stay a bit uncomfortable
