Amazing hotel. What a find. The best thing about the Paco Hotel was the Manager LILY. She went out of her way to order me food from outside the hotel for quick delivery, ordered taxis and spoke very good English. Above all else I loved LILY'S positive attitude and her beaming smile. I will deffinately return again and can highly reccomend The Paco Hotel.

You won't always come across staff with even a basic knowledge of English. But despite this, with the translation device you can handle everything without a small problem and there is a lot of positive smiles.

hotel is clean and nice, the buffet is big and tasty. good coffee mschine stuff tries to help you if they can like with the smoke smell in the room free washing machine service with programmable functions. it would have been better to know it in advance :)

good value hotel. nice rooms and excellent staff. the hotel is a bit far from the nearest subway, however bus access is very close.

The property is so gussy up,posh and in an excellent position close by lots of restaurants, restaurants 15mins walk to metro line 4 with taxi 6mins or 10 depending on the traffick. Amy is an excellent staff she made sure we enjoyed our stay and the whole front desk staffs for superb,polite helpful 👌👍☺️☺️😇😇😇😇🥰.
