The hotel service attitude was very good. Little Sister Tongyuan at the front desk was warm and friendly and provided thoughtful help. The room was well laid out, beautifully decorated and fully equipped. A comfortable big bed with soft bedding that makes you feel like you don't want to get up as soon as you lie down. The room is also equipped with advanced intelligent control, through a small control panel, you can easily control the lighting, air conditioning, curtains and other equipment. This intelligent design not only facilitates the use of guests but also adds a sense of technology. Hygiene: The room was clean and the bedding was very clean. The facilities were advanced and well equipped. All the household items were perfect. I had a very enjoyable time here and have very good memories. I am also looking forward to the next encounter with the Grand Hyatt and to experiencing the unparalleled luxury and comfort once again.

The first time came to China Guangzhou business trip, or with a nervous mood. However, when I arrived at the hotel, I was deeply impressed by the service and the rooms. The staff at the hotel were very hospitable. The front desk not only provided free snacks and fruit, but also escorted me to my room. Because my Chinese is not very good, some equipment can not use, they also carefully taught me how to use, which is very good. Room entry is also a very clean and spacious feeling, there is no carpet in the room is my favorite point, many hotel rooms in my country are covered with carpet, give me the feeling is a little dirty. So I like the rooms here very much, very clean. There is also a laundry room and a gym, which is very satisfactory for me as a fitness person. There's tea in the afternoon and noodles in the evening. Noodles are very delicious more suitable for my taste, eat a bowl did not eat asked can eat a bowl? The waiter was also enthusiastic and cooked another bowl for me.
