What a pleasant surprise in finding the Ausotel as we previously had another hotel booked for our return journey back to London. On our 1st journey that said hotel was a disappointment as they had photos which were not accurate and the beds were like a cement slab. The Ausotel was great. Lovely big room and quiet as we were knackered after flying from Sydney..Would definitely stay again. bed was lovely too.

I really enjoyed my stay at Ausotel hotel was in transit and I managed to get some rest without any disturbances, the food was amazing and staff very friendly. Free shuttle to and from the airport,very affordable clean and comfortable. If I visit Guangzhou again will definitely stay at Ausotel hotel

Their customer service was top notch and I had the most amazing stay. Their front desk staff were extremely helpful and made my stay seamless especially Liu Ying. She was exceptionally helpful and I almost didn’t notice the language barrier as she was quick to translate any conversation. One of the receptionists even offered me her lunch when I had to wait long for a takeout delivery they helped me order online. I’ll definitely stay here again once I’m in China. The facilities were excellent and the room was large. It was really helpful to also have a restaurant right in the hotel where you can grab lunch and dinner with free room service. They had 24 hours free shuttle bus to and fro the airport and breakfast was lovely. Bus to Canton fair was free as well. I definitely recommend this hotel to any visitor to China. Absolutely amazing!

The price is very good. We had a longer layover and just enjoyed 7 hours at the Hotel. They offer you all you need for a confortable stay. Free shuttle from the airport and back ro the airport.

I found everything good: the employees very motivated and committed. Cleaning was very good. Good wifi. Bedroom very nice. The location is very quiet.
