The staff was very friendly and helpful. They helped with taxis and tours. The room was clean, bed large and enough wardrobe space. Best was that it was in walking distance to the centre of town. It was also nice to be able to leave the luggage with them.

They offered information on possible Tours. The tour bus picked up and dropped off at the hotel. The restaurant was opened on Christmas day and allowed guests to have breakfast and lunch. It's located within walking distance of a supermarket (6mins) and a pharmacy (3mins).

I would definitely stay there again: good neighborhood, ez walk to centro, quiet and modern room, helpful staff, and good value for the price

The location is not bad, not far from the main tourists place and is located in a relative residential place so from outside there is not much noisy. The room is cleaned everyday and the staffs are very gentile

Hotel Isabel is like a little oasis in the middle of the city. You would never know you were only a couple of blocks off a very busy street - so quiet! And as promised, they provided perfect parking!! I would stay here again in a heartbeat!!!
