The fine print
The hotel only allows dogs
Additional nightly fee of $990.00 MXN plus taxes, per guest room. The fee includes your dog's stay and special cleaning.
Only one small or medium dog with a maximum weight of 20 kg is allowed, or two dogs with a combined maximum weight of 20 kg.
Your dog must always wear a leash or harness and remain within allowed areas: your guest room, circulation areas, and specially designed areas.
Your dog cannot access the hotel's dining outlets, swimming pool, fitness center, event spaces, or restricted areas.
Guests will be responsible for their pet's behavior. In case of any damage to the property or affectation to another guest or staff, the guest will be responsible and will pay accordingly.
For emotional support dogs, an extra cost also applies according to the conditions mentioned above.

The Hotel is not far away from Guadalajara Airport, but if you hit traffic (I arrived Friday afternoon) it can drag on until you reach the hotel. The offer a free shuttle bus, but you have to call, then they will send it! The room was nice and spacious, shower was also good! It was very clean when I arrived! Well, the area around the hotel is not really inviting. It is next to a very well travelled road, so it can be a bit noisy. When I travel I always bring earplugs and a sleeping mask, just in case. In this case it was good that I did! Without it I probably wouldn't have gotten much sleep. Staff is super friendly and very helpful. The restaurant was excellent and they offer a breakfast buffet, so you can pick and chose as you please. Dinner was also very good and rather inexpensive. They have a gym, which is okay, but a window or AC would have been nice, but they offer small towels and free water there! They even have a pool, but the water is... let's call it refreshing :-) So all in all a good experience!
