The staff was incredibly nice and helpful. We arrived 15min before the kitchen closed but the chef prepared us dishes from scratch with no reservations. The apartment is lovely and in the center of the castle walls in a very nice medieval town.

Excellent location in the centre of this medieval town and walking distance of all main tourist attractions. Good size bedroom with views over the surrounding landscape. Comfortable bed. Great restaurant for breakfast and dinner!! Very helpful staff including the owners. Car can be taken outside hotel to unload and load luggage and a parking permit is given by reception for CHF10 per day to park the car outside the town. Car park 1 is 400 yds from hotel, the other car parks a little longer walk. Photo shows hotel on the right by the white van !!

The food provided was ok. But on the table there was a fork and a knife. No spoon for my boiled egg and no eggcups . There was pepper but no salt. I had to ask for what was missing. They did not even ask me if I wanted milk for my coffee.

The apartment was amazing, brand new, had everything we needed, the view was breathtaking, staff were so helpful, walking around the village was so beautiful, little shops, food and drink, visited the castle and the alien museam and walked around, the snow was just the icing in the cake, cannot express in words how amazing this place is

I love the location and the delicious breakfast! It really is an ideal spot if you're interested in the local Christmas market or anything to do with sightseeing.
