Having visited Villa Grazioli several years ago, I knew what to expect, but the main building - a national monument, incidentally - can still take the breath away inside and out. We spent the first part of our break without a car but even when we hired one for the second week, we still regularly used the hotel's excellent shuttle service down into Frascati. The pool area is lovely and offers a bar, with the option to catch some shade under the trees if things get too hot, which they occasionally did. There is an excellent restaurant on site - booking recommended - and dozens of options in Frascati.

The location, history, interiors and we had a beautiful room overlooking Rome. Best shower all holiday and very clean and Lucy. Would certainly like to return and can highly recommend. Just wish we could have stayed longer than one night.

A large villa with beautiful views down the valley from the main house. The villa is grand, but quite worn, but pleasant nonetheless. Breakfast does not have a large selection, but everything is there, including omelette and ham and cheese. There was also a complimentary bottle of water in the room. Considering the size of the hotel, there are not many parking spaces, but it seems that, in general, everything should fit in the territory. Having an outdoor pool is a big plus in summer. There is also a bar by the pool. In addition to the main house, rooms are offered in two outbuildings. We discovered by chance that all the buildings are interconnected by underground corridors. In bad weather, it is very convenient to go to the main building from the outbuildings for breakfast or dinner. We chose a room in the adjacent building, because according to the previous information, all the rooms in the main building were 16 m2 (including luxury numbers and that is too little). An Executive room with a size of 20 m2 was offered in the adjacent building. While walking in the main building, we saw a couple of rooms that had just been cleaned and it was obvious that they were significantly larger than our 20 m2 room. If I had the correct information, I would have preferred these rooms because the room was nicer and the main house has better views.

Gorgeous! We loved staying here. It was very chilled and everyone who worked there was warm, friendly, and laid back (in a good way!) so we felt we could really relax and find our own pace. No starchiness or corporate vibes. We didn’t have a car but it was no problem we got around with taxis, Uber, and free shuttle bus. A great place and lovely part of Italy to explore.

The main 16th-century building is absolutely stunning and the grounds are beautifully landscaped. It's not far from the centre of Frascati but on a hill with a lovely view of the town.

Allocated a room overlooking Rome in the main building. Not sure that the other (annex) accommodation would be so acceptable. Beautiful main building with a very interesting interior ( frescos etc.,). Lots of character and charm, Quiet location, comfortable good size room. From our experience the hotel does seem to cater particularly for groups - 1 group of French and 1 group of Indian nationality). Would certainly consider staying again, as a base outside the hustle of Rome itself.
