We were met by The Op Manager who personally took time out for us. We had the best room in the house, as were on our honeymoon. It was amazing, walk out straight into the pool. Good size room with TV, table and chairs and nice bathroom. The rooms are very spacious and quiet most of the day. You can hear the nightlife in the evening which entices you to go and join the fun nearby. The hotel has an ideal location on that side of the island, lovely beaches, plenty of choices to eat, shopping, bars, loads to do or not if you choose to. The maintenance of the hotel is impeccable, the pool is cleared daily, gardens kept clean every day, all hallways and public areas are also clean and tidy without exception.

Breakfast was great as it was buffet style with a variety to choose from. The wait time to be seated was pretty short and the staff were exceptional.

The staff was friendly, gave us an early check in. The bar staff was extremely friendly, helped us refill our water bottles whenever required and helped with milk etc for the kids.

Great location. Great rooms. Great staff, very helpful. Sunday breakfast wasn't as good as the day before. However, the hotel I rate as one of the best in St Lucia.

Very friendly staff, lovely pool area with plenty of sunbeds. A short walk to Reduit beach and local restaurants.
