Hotel Overview

Groningen is not only a lively student city but also a beautiful city to visit. You truly experience the best of this city when you stay in the magnificent monumental building of the hotel in the heart of the center. If you choose to stay with us, you will sleep in a hotel with a rich history.
Our hotel offers a total of 60 rooms. Our Huys is located in 7 historic buildings that are interconnected through a beautiful inner courtyard. Due to the historical character, each room is unique with its own corresponding style.
The hotel is situated right in the center. Just a stone's throw away and within walking distance of the iconic Martinitoren, many other must-see attractions, shopping streets, and Groningen Central Station.
The hotel also features a Bakery & Chocolaterie. Our chocolatier and baker ensure that the scent of freshly baked bread and chocolate greets you upon entering the hotel every day. Did you know that we also organize bonbon workshops? A fun activity for both young and old!

The double rooms are equipped with a double bed (2 x single beds), seating, television, , wireless internet and bathroom with separate shower and bathtub. The rooms are decorated in different styles and sizes. Pets are not allowed.

A spacious Rococo styled room with a king-size bed and a luxurious marble bathroom which includes a spa bath and a rain shower. It also features a TV and minibar. Some suites also includes air conditioning.

Luxury room with a king-size bed and a marble floor. The bathroom is fitted with a bathtub and a separate shower. It also comes with a TV and minibar. All rooms have a desk. Pets are allowed on request. Some rooms do have a bathroom fitted with a bathutub and a seperate shower and some rooms have only a bubble bathroom.

Small room with a TV and bathroom with a shower and toilet. Please note that pets are not allowed in this room.
