Please note that only a limited number of private parking spaces is available (reservations are not possible). Public parking is possible in the surroundings at an additional cost.Please note that the access road is very steep and narrow (as seen on the photo). Snow chains are necessary in winter.Please also note that in July and August, the road leading up to the hotel is closed between 20:00 and 24:00 on Wednesdays.Please note that there is no lift available in the building.If you arrive with children, please inform the property in advance about their number and age.When booking for more than 9 persons, different policies and additional supplements may apply.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. Great location walking 15 mins from Grindlewald train station with a 20kg luggage bag. A bit slope from the main road but it's no problem. There's no lift if u've a heavy luggage bag to lift up to 2nd floor. Buffet breakfast is ok.. A fridge inside the common area.

Very well located, short walk to everything, including lift to First. Nearby restaurants, coffee, food vans. Breakfast was very good. Our room was small but had everything we needed.

The view from the room is unbeatable! I am SO glad I decided to stay here. There is also breakfast and coffee each morning and the staff were welcoming and happy to help. The location is central and close to everything.

I have really enjoyed my stay with the Lehmann's family. They are very kind, helpful, generous and friendly. The breakfast is excellent ! The traditional swiss rooms (Zimmer) are so so beautiful. All means of comfort are there. The cleanliness is at top level. I highly recommend the Lehmann's Herberge if you are travelling to Grindelwald.

The hostel is in a fantastic location in the middle of the town but off the main road with peaceful surroundings and wonderful mountain views.
