The location of this chalet was great - a few minutes walk from the station & coop which was very convenient. The view from the backyard was amazing especially after a night of snowfall. The inside was spacious and handy to have a small kitchen as we cooked most of our meals. Apartment was clean.

The location is fantastic - less than 5min walk to coop supermarket (and you can walk through the car park when it rains too), less than 5min walk to the main bus terminal, and about 5min walk to the train station. We were based in Grindelwald for all 6days of our trip and this apartment suits our family of 4 perfectly. Because of its location, we were able to travel conveniently to all touristic locations with ease, and was able to prepare and cook meals for our children. The kitchen facilities were good. The oven and stove were easy to operate. There is a microwave that suits our needs well. There was at least 4 to 5 sets of dinnerwares and utensils. There is a laundry room with washer and dryer, which allowed us to do daily laundry because we hiked almost everyday, even in the rain. The view from the apartment is stunning and allowed us to plan our hikes with ease. Staff response is amazingly quick. They responded to our queries and concerns outside of office hours, which set our hearts at ease. We love this apartment, especially my children, and will definitely stay here when we return to Grindelwald.
